WIN donates Educational Supplies at Uratta Model Sch, Imo State
On Oct 28th, The When In Need Foundation visited the Umunahu Uratta Model Primary School, Owerri North LGA, Imo State to present books, supplies and educational materials to its 200 students. The students were very excited to start using their books and supplies immediately. Umunahu Uratta Model Primary School was founded in 1932 on the motto, “The Fear of God is the beginning of wisdom”. Special Thanks to The Headmistress – Mrs Comfort, Vice Principal – Mrs Goodness, teachers and staff of the school for the warm welcome and the Imo State WiN Foundation team. An Evening With President Clinton
On Thursday, Oct 8th, the When In Need Foundation Team joined President Clinton and Clinton Foundation 20/30 members at an incredible evening dedicated to the innovative global work of the Clinton Foundation.
Ms Chetachi Ecton, Founder and CEO of When In Need Foundation, George Onuorah, Media Director, Kayode Malomo, Projects Director and Godwin Nwoga, Operations Director represented the When In Need Foundation.
Clinton Foundation 20/30 members are working together to address the great challenges of their generation alongside the most exciting business leaders, industry innovators, and preparing them for their roles as global leaders of tomorrow.
It was truly an exciting night with special remarks from President Clinton, Honorary Ambassador Raven-Symone, and special guest Sarah Michelle Gellar with musical performance by O.A.R.’s Marc Roberge. The When In Need Foundation joined the Clinton Foundation 20/30 last year in helping to rebuild one of the houses that had been affected by Hurricane Sandy and will also do so this year.
WiN will continue to give back and work in building the global leaders of tomorrow through education and unlocking human potential.
